Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

We try to pack your orders as soon as we get them in (or first thing in the morning if you ordered overnight), so there isn’t a lot of room for amendments. If you need to cancel your order and it hasn’t been completed yet, get in contact within the hour and we’ll see what we can do!

I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item, what should I do?

Send us an email with your order number and let us know what the issue is. If it’s possible, it would be really helpful if you could attach photos of the faulty/incorrect items too.

Have you received my order yet?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm we’ve received it, with your order number attached. Once we’ve processed your order and are packing/getting it ready for dispatch, you will receive another email to let you know your order is complete.


The item I want to purchase isn’t in stock?

Sorry about that! You can sign up to an email in-stock notifier on the product page, so you’ll be the first to find out when it’s back on the shelf!

I don’t know what I need to buy?

If you’re a beginner to DIY, or vaping in general, just give us a call at 01507201450 or email us at sales@thebrewsbros.co.uk and we’ll go over everything with you to advise the best products for you.

I’m a first time customer, what flavours should I go for?

Your best bet is to order some 10ml samples of flavours you think look good, that way you don’t have to commit to the space and cost of buying bigger bottles straight away. Alternatively, ask for advice in our 18+ Facebook Group, our thousands of happy customers will help you out!


Can I use a discount code?

Of course! Just head to your shopping cart and type in your code (make sure it hasn’t expired), then hit apply coupon.

Do you have any active codes?

We regularly have discount codes live so make sure you’re following our Facebook page, or sign up to our newsletters HERE!

Why is my code only working on part of my order?

Sometimes we may give out a discount code only available for certain items, so make sure you check your emails/texts as any exclusions will be made aware there. Discount codes are also not valid with items on sale.

Do you offer military discount?

We do indeed. If this applies to you, send us an email at sales@thebrewsbros.co.uk and we’ll send you your lifetime code.

What delivery options are available?

We have a good few delivery options whether you’re in the UK or overseas. Please see Shipping Info for all details.

Can I track my order?

If you have chosen a trackable service, you will receive an email with your DHL/UKMail tracking number. You can use this to find out where your parcel is here.

It’s past the delivery time stated, and I still haven’t received my order?

Unfortunately sometimes there are delays either at our end, or our delivery partners end. We will always try to let you know if this happens, but if you think your order is taking longer than it should; pop us an email at sales@thebrewsbros.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses?

We do indeed, however we can only deliver to these addresses via Royal Mail shipping options! Please enter your BFPO code into the post code field when entering your delivery info.
